Bedford Observatory

A group of budding Year 5 astronomers headed to Bedford Observatory this week to help learn about space and the Solar System .

Led by physics teachers from nearby Bedford School, the children were treated to a planetarium show, saw the moon through a high-powered telescope and ventured into the fascinating observatory.

The children were terrific and asked lots of amazing questions!
